Tropical Storm Jerry
I think it was named Jerry anyway. I was so excited about this storm. It seems that when one of these blows in, everyone gets a little bit more perked up. I was hoping that it would turn into a hurricane so I would not have to go to work for a few days. That is horrible, I know but it is the truth. I took this picture outside of my work. The rain was blowing sideways. Something that I learned from these storms is that it is not the rain that you have to worry about, it is the tornados that happen after it blows by. I was up all night watching the Weather Channel talk about the tornado warnings. Scary. We even got a note on our door about what to do during a hurricane. This is all so new and facinating to me.

The Beach
The only bad thing about going to the beach is that the sand goes on forever before you actually get to the water and you have to lugg all of your stuff out there. Trust me- I am not complaining- just warning the lazies, like myself.

Beach Baby
Kara, Olivia, and Curtis came down here about 3 weeks ago to bring our stuff. They are for sure some troopers. This was Olivia's first time at the beach and she kept eating the sand. She definitely did not like the water and was real confused about the sand.

Olivia was clapping to the music at the baseball game. Anytime she hears music, she starts clapping. Maybe all babies do this but she is by far the cutest.

My Baby
Jared left shortly after this picture was taken to go to N. Carolina and then Taiwan for a whole month. I was away from him for so long. He has some pics coming and I'll make him blog about his experiences. Sounds like he had a great time and really got to witness to the high school/college kids there. Jared is an awesome man of God. I learn from him everyday. Jared shows me everyday the joy and love that Christ brings him. I love my baby and am glad you got home safe.

I MISS YOU OLIVIA
I miss you and love you tons. Your mom says that you say 'hi' to me everyday but I bet you just point and call me 'puppy'. YA BEAUTIFUL

A view from the Parade. It's like Where's Waldo?! Oh I see him. He's wearing that red shirt with that dopey smile on his face, next to that beautiful girl. I guess I am talking about both of my brothers.

The Parade
This was mine and Dad's 2nd year to be in the 4th on Broadway Parade. It is some good bonding. Dad gets to drive the College Baseball Hall of Fame inductees. He loves it and knows all of the guys. We have a great time.

Fond Memories
It has been a month since we moved to Florida and are missing home just a little bit. Here are a few pictures that Jared and I took of Amarillo before we left. I told Jared that we had to visit the Cadillac Ranch before I could move. It will always be our quirky little city.

All is well
Hello everyone! It has been so long and I know you are on the edge of your seat waiting to see what is going on in our lives. Well it definitely has been eventful. I haven taken a lot of pictures since May that I need to upload but I can't seem to find my camera. We moved to Florida about a month ago and lived out of boxes until a few days ago. I think we have all the boxes cleared away but all of the stuff that was in the boxes is now scattered everywhere. Jared wants to work on it all of the time and I want to sleep and go to the beach all of the time so we have discussions about that regularly. I have many topics to blog about but it is going to have to wait until another day because I feel guilty about even blogging now when our place is a total wreck. P.S. I think this might be the prettiest place in the world (and hottest).
